These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Pick n Shop and the customer. By using our website or placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms. We offer household and cleaning products for online purchase and delivery.

All prices are in BDT and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment can be made via Cash on Delivery, bKash, or other available methods shown at checkout.

We deliver within specified areas in Bangladesh. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or other uncontrollable factors.
6. Returns and Refunds:
Customers can return products during delivery only, by paying the delivery charge to the delivery person on the spot. No returns or refunds are accepted after the product is received and accepted.

Customers must not misuse the site, including for illegal purposes. Abusive behavior, fake orders, or misuse of offers may result in account suspension.

All content, images, and branding on Pick n Shop are owned by us and protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Pick n Shop is not liable for any indirect losses or damages arising from product use. Our responsibility is limited to product replacement or return (if applicable).
10. Termination and Cancellation:
We may cancel orders due to unavailability or incorrect information. Customers may cancel before shipping confirmation. Misuse or breach of terms may lead to account suspension.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be settled under local jurisdiction.
12. Privacy Policy:
We respect customer privacy. Data is collected for order processing and service improvement only, and is protected under applicable data protection laws.
